This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and complies with theΒ Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).


1. Final Sale Policy β€” No Returns / No Refunds

Due to the nature of Monkey Garage products (garage tools, car & bike accessories, cleaning equipment, and related hardware), and to maintain quality and safety standards:

1.1 All sales are FINAL
1.2 Returns are not accepted after delivery
1.3 No refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference

  • Failure to read product details
    1.4 Used, opened, or customer-damaged products are not eligible under any circumstances


2. Mandatory Exceptions (Replacement or Refund)

As mandated by law, a replacement or refund is allowed only in the cases below.

Claims without a clear unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Eligible Scenarios

2.1 Defective or Damaged Product

  • Broken parts

  • Missing components

  • Visible damage on arrival

  • Severely damaged packaging affecting usability

2.2 Non-Functional Product

  • Product not working as described

  • Mechanical failure

  • Core function not operational

2.3 Incorrect Product Delivered

  • Wrong item

  • Wrong variant (model, size, color, etc.)

3. Claim Procedure

3.1 Claim Window

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims after 48 hours will not be processed

3.2 Required Evidence

Email all documents to hellomonkeygarage@gmail.com, including:

  • Order ID & purchase date

  • Photo of shipping label

  • Clear unboxing video showing:

    • Sealed package opening

    • All items received

    • The issue clearly

    • Outer packaging (especially if damaged)

3.3 Resolution

After verification:

  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days

  • Cancellation not possible after shipment

4.2 Cancellation by Monkey Garage

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing/listing errors

  • Fraud or suspicious activity

A full refund will be issued in such cases.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Bank/payment gateway processing may take 3–10 business days
